  • Ribeye's weigh approx. 12 oz. to 1 lb.
  • Cut approx. 1 " thick
  • Approximately $28.00/lb.
  • Cooking suggestions: Marinate the steaks in a covered dish of any kind of milk for 12 to 24 hrs. in the refrigerator. Take steak out of milk use your favorite seasonings ; then grill or broil slowly at a low temp. Make sure to keep moisture on steak like olive oil or something similar to keep from drying.
