  • Approximately 1 - 1.1package of stew meat
  • Approximately $11 .50/ lb.
  • Cooking Suggestions: Sprinkle beef cubes with salt and pepper, roll in flour, and brown in drippings. Add 1 1/2 cups milk, cover and simmer until almost tender approx. 2-3 hrs. Add vegetables, season with salt, pepper, and continue to simmer, covered until veggies are done. Stir occasionally. ( list of veggies: 3 potatoes diced, 2 onions sliced, 3 carrots diced and 1 cup green beans )

Orders can be picked up at our farm (with an appointment), 
but we do offer delivery to a few neighborhoods for a flat rate of $5.
