  • cut 1 1/4" thick
  • Approximately $24.00/ lb.
  • Cooking Directions: All Grass fed Beef steaks need to be marinated at least 12 hour but better 24 hours in Milk. (1%, 2%, whole, Buttermilk, etc.) Then pan fry, grill, or broil slowly at a low temp. Always remember to baste several times to keep moisture on the steaks!!!Enjoy!!
