  • Approximately .8 to 1.1 lb (Cut 1 1/4" thick)
  • Approximately $25.00/ lb.
  • Cooking Suggestions: Marinate the steak for 12 to 24 hrs. in any kind of milk in a covered dish in a refrigerator.You can add your favorite seasonings before or after marinating it. T-Bones can be grilled, broiled, or prepared in a skillet. Which ever way you chose remember low temp., cook slowly and always keep plenty of olive oil or other oils for moisture.
