  • One Beef Arm/Chuck Roast per package
  • Approximately 2.0 to 2.75 lbs
  • Approximately $11.75/lb
  • Suggested cooking instructions: Braise the roast, place in a crock pot in 1 1/2 cups of milk (whole, 1%, 2% Buttermilk , etc.) with individual seasoning and cook at around 250F degrees to 300F degrees approx. 2 1/2 hrs.
