This is a small cut of beef usually around 1lb. to 1 1/4 lbs. It is $19.00/lb. Check on the small steaks that could be used for stir fry or other dishes that take boneless chunks of meat. Call 830-660-7751 to check if I have steaks if interested in them instead of roast.

but we do offer delivery to a few neighborhoods for a flat rate of $5.
