  • Package of Beef Cutlets
  • 2 cutlets per pkg. @ approximately 1 to 1.2 lbs.
  • Cooking Suggestions Chicken Fried Steak Place cutlets in milk (any kind) in a covered dish to marinate for 12 to 24 hours. To make chicken fried steak put a cup of flour in a small bowl and in another bowl 1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons milk . Dip steak first in flour, then in egg and milk mixture , and again in the flour. Brown on both sides in hot fat. Cover: cook slowly 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Approximately $10.00/lb.
  • Cooking directions: Marinate cutlets in Milk (whole, 1%, 2% buttermilk, etc.) for 12 to 24 hours. Then grill, pan fry, or bake at low/med. temp. Always keep moisture on the cutlets whether olive oil or etc. Grill, fry, or bake on a low temp and slowly.
