  • Beef Sirloin Steak
  • 1 or 2 Beef Sirloin Steaks Approximately 1 to 1.1 lbs.
  • Approximately $14.50/lb.
  • Cooking Suggestions: Marinate steak in a covered dish with milk( any kind) 12 to 24 hrs. in the refrigerator. Take out season with your favorite seasonings then grill or broil slowly at a low temp . Make sure to keep moisture on the steak with olive oil or something similar.
